How do cancer patients make treatment decisions?

A major hospital network collaborated with Upstream to make sense of qualitative data and visually describe the journey cancer patients take to treatment decisions. Journey visuals mapped functional and emotional roles people and channels play throughout various stages of a patient’s journey. Upstream delivered highly visual tools to communicate the patient journey which were used to align and drive communication strategy, channel strategy, call center dialogue, and in hospital patient interactions and technology roadmaps.
