How do we consistently identify opportunity spaces across new and existing markets?
Upstream collaborated with Seaman Corporation to develop a customized, repeatable ideation process and facilitate an ideation workshop with 25 senior executives. Upstream developed the co-creation tool kit and defined the methods to engage internal stakeholders in collaborative ideation. Upstream then facilitated a 1-day workshop with 25 senior executives, where over 500 ideas were generated and ultimately synthesized down to 12 key opportunity spaces defined by market, technology and value proposition. The approach, tool kit, opportunity spaces and innovation process improvements were captured in a highly visual book.
