Upstream advises YETI functional leads on creative problem solving
Upstream worked with Yeti’s newly appointed Chief Innovation Officer to provide an immersion in Design Thinking for participants who represented multiple functional groups throughout the company.
We built and facilitated a Workshop customized to help participants to solve problems creatively and in alignment with the company's core values. Participants were taken through interactive exercises based on a hypothetical project to demonstrate how Design Thinking could be applied in their functional group.
