Upstream speaks to Healthcare Innovation by Design audience

Upstream’s Paul Kramer was a featured speaker in a Healthcare Innovation by Design (HIxD) Pioneers Series of Webinars. Paul spoke on “The Convergence of Trends in Consumer Technology and Healthcare Experience Innovation” based on observations through our own work in healthcare and trends observed by Upstream judging innovation for the Consumer Electronics Show year over year. The talk resonated with a global audience and anticipated much of what we see today with consumer and retail brands entering the healthcare space in new, patient-centric ways.
