Upstream advises Dell executives on customer focused leadership

Dell hand-picked a group of their top performing executives across the Americas from their Enterprise Group to participate in a Design Thinking workshop built and facilitated by Upstream (in partnership with The McCombs Business School at The University of Texas). The workshop was optimized to help the executives see new and actionable ways to make the groups they manage more customer focused.

Specific emphasis was placed on helping the participants effectively reframe challenges their customers are facing, so their groups are better able to create solutions to help them.
